Unusual Documents Successful Findings – Cathy Cowing

“The experience of a lifetime” The luck of the Irish was with me the day I found My Ireland Heritage online!

Dunsany Castle Home of the Cusack family

Cathy Cowing and her daughter’s story was quite unique. She planned to trace all her Cusack Family in the most beautiful Part of Ireland on the West Coast Dohooma Head. How Seán found the exact home from 1820 and living relative Cousin Patrick Cusack still amazes Cathy.

First Aisling arranged on behalf of My Ireland Heritage a Tour of Historic County Meath where we met Lady Dunsany and had tea in her Castle Home. She is a descendant of the Cusack Norman Family.

Also in Meath Seán spoke to a local  Historian when researching and the most fantastic Document was presented to Cathy from a Local Farmer telling us that their Family were renting Potato lots at Loughshalagh in 1825 from his great, great Grandfather and are still used today in the same Fashion. My Ireland family Heritage unearth all Documents many never seen on line. (See Unique Documents and Moments)

“The best part of the Journey was traveling with Seán all over the western part of Ireland seeing the Old Graveyards , Churches and of Course meeting our long lost relative who we have remained in Touch with and are visiting again soon”.
“Contact them early in your planning and you will be in for wonderful surprises. Just do this!”
